• Responsible to manage all e-Services projects start from scratch (system specs, design, determine project scope and duration, resources (staff, finance budget), finance report and reconciliation until project handover to the Operation Department (Including SIT/FIT/UAT until development change to production server)
• Supervise and monitor the Application Team.
• Provide quarterly project planning report to the Management.

• Fight for the company’s right against system accessibility and failure (XML parsing error).
• Conduct internal progress meeting to get the updated project status from Engineers.
• Conduct workshop and training (as Trainer) to Software Engineer to enhance and improve understanding on the new project.
• Create proposal to the clients and write correspondence (via letter and e-mail) to client and IT vendor.
